Arda graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2022 as an honor student. He began his legal career in September of the same year as a legal trainee. After obtaining his attorney’s license in December 2023, he worked as an attorney at various law firms, gaining professional experience in a wide range of legal fields, particularly Criminal Law, Insurance Law, Tenancy Law, Condominium Law, Commercial Law, Maritime Commercial Law, and Citizenship Law.

Since September 2025, he has been continuing his professional practice at Tokgöz Law Firm.

His practice primarily focuses on Criminal Law, Insurance Law, Tenancy Law, Condominium Law, Commercial Law, Maritime Commercial Law, and Citizenship Law. He provides legal consultancy to both individual and corporate clients and diligently handles litigation and enforcement proceedings, preparation of petitions, contract reviews, the monitoring of investigation and prosecution proceedings, and the representation of clients at hearings.

In his professional approach, he aims to provide effective and solution-oriented legal support by assessing each dispute within its own specific circumstances. By closely following current legislative developments and judicial decisions, he strives to provide his clients with reliable and effective legal services.

As part of his professional development, he completed the CMK Practices and Mandatory Defense Counsel Training in 2024 and places great importance on continuously improving his legal knowledge and professional experience.
